How does Bangla QR payment work on Vaiya Enterprise?
When you place an order, you will be shown our official Bangla QR code and exact total in BDT. You can open any Bangladeshi bank app (City Touch, EBL Skybanking, BRAC Astha, etc.) or MFS app (bKash/Nagad), tap "Scan QR", input the exact amount with your Order Number in reference, and copy your TrxID into our confirmation form. We verify the payment within 15–30 minutes.
Can I pay via Cash on Delivery?
Yes! Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all standard orders across Dhaka and outside Dhaka. You pay the courier rider upon parcel arrival.
How do I know my products are 100% genuine?
All our Jamdani weaves, Nakshi Kantha, and leather products come directly from vetted artisan cooperatives. Our honey is lab-certified pure Sundarbans raw honey with zero adulterated sugar syrups.
How long does delivery take inside and outside Dhaka?
Inside Dhaka, delivery typically arrives within 24 to 48 hours. For destinations outside Dhaka (all 64 districts), parcels take 3 to 5 business days via reliable express courier partners.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, if your order is still in "pending" status, you can cancel it directly from your order page with one click. Your reserved inventory stock will be restored immediately.
