1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting Vaiya Enterprise or placing an order through our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service, governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) inclusive of applicable local duties. Orders placed with Bangla QR or manual mobile number payment (bKash/Nagad/Rocket) must be accompanied by a valid Transaction ID (TrxID). Reused or fraudulent TrxIDs are automatically rejected by our verification engine.

3. Order Cancellation & Expiration

Orders awaiting payment proof automatically expire after 24 hours to release reserved artisan stock back to other customers. You may cancel any pending order from your account dashboard before fulfillment begins.
